Summary
SwiftBill is an invoicing tool. We collect only what we need to run the product: your account info, the invoice content you create, and (if you upgrade) payment info handled by Stripe. We do not sell or rent your data. One Swift + Tap account is shared across the suite — so signing into SwiftBill also covers SwiftForm, SwiftLead, TapBio, and TapCard.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, hashed password (or your linked Google / GitHub identity).
- Workspace data: invoice line items, customer records, brand settings, payment links you generate.
- Billing: if you subscribe, Stripe stores your card. We see only metadata — last 4 digits, brand, expiry.
- Usage: IP address, basic request metadata, and error telemetry. No third-party trackers, no ad SDKs.
How we use it
- Operate the product: render your dashboard, process invoices, deliver PDFs.
- Send transactional email: receipts, invoice notifications, password resets via Brevo.
- Prevent abuse: rate limit suspicious traffic, block known bad actors.
- Improve the product based on aggregate, non-identifying error trends.
Who we share with
- Stripe (payments) — your subscription card and invoice pay-in flows.
- Brevo (transactional email) — invoice notifications + account email.
- Cloudflare (infrastructure) — compute, DNS, edge caching.
- Nobody else. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not run third-party ad/analytics tags on the marketing or app surfaces.
Universal account
One account covers the full Swift + Tap suite. Your identity (email, password, verified status) is shared across SwiftBill, SwiftForm, SwiftLead, TapBio, and TapCard. Workspace data is product-scoped — your SwiftBill invoices are not visible to SwiftForm, and vice versa.
Your rights
- Access: download your data from /account → Export.
- Correction: edit your profile, customers, and invoices any time.
- Deletion: close your account from /account → Danger zone. We purge within 30 days.
- Portability: invoice + customer exports ship as CSV / JSON.
Retention
Active accounts: we keep data while your account is open. Closed accounts: we purge within 30 days, except for transaction records that we are legally required to keep (tax / accounting, typically 7 years).
