Terms.

SwiftBill is invoicing software operated as part of the Swift suite. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy.

• You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract.
• One Swift + Tap account covers SwiftBill, SwiftForm, SwiftLead, TapBio, and TapCard. Keep your credentials private.
• You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the data you upload (customer info, invoice content).
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

• Don't use SwiftBill for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal billing.
• Don't probe, scan, or attack the service.
• Don't resell access or wrap our API in a competing surface without written agreement.
• Don't upload customer data you don't have the right to process.

• Free tier is free. Pro and Studio bill monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cross-suite 50% discount applies when you subscribe to a second Swift/Tap product on the same account.
• Cancel any time from /account → Subscription. Access continues until the period ends; no partial refunds.
• Pay-in transactions (your customers paying you) go directly to your Stripe account. SwiftBill never holds funds.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. We may run maintenance, throttle abuse, or pause endpoints to protect the platform. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost time, or third-party outages (Stripe, email providers, banks).

• You can close your account any time from /account.
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.
• On termination we purge workspace data within 30 days, retaining only records required by law.

The service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the extent allowed by law. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid SwiftBill in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
